1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return under the following conditions:
The item is unused, in its original condition, and includes all original packaging and tags.
Your return request is submitted within 30 days of the item’s delivery date.
The product received is defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect (not what you ordered).
Note: Certain items are generally non-returnable for hygiene, safety, or customization reasons. This may include (but is not limited to):
Digital downloads or software.
Custom-made or personalized items.
Items explicitly marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase.
2. The Refund Process
Initiation: Contact us to start the return process (see Section 4 below).
Return Shipment: Once approved, you will receive instructions for returning the item. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective item).
Inspection: Upon receiving your returned item at our facility, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria.
Approval & Processing: If the return is approved:
Your refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to be processed and appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Important: Refunds are for the cost of the returned item(s) only. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
We cannot offer refunds or exchanges in the following cases:
Items returned after 30 days from the delivery date.
Items showing signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or missing original packaging/tags.
Final Sale, Clearance, or Reduced-Price items (unless defective or incorrect).
Original shipping and handling charges (except when the return is due to our error).
Any item not in its original condition or damaged due to customer misuse.
Non-returnable items as specified in Section 1.
